You decide: On the front, we'll engrave your chosen name in one of four attractive fonts (Standard, Elegant, Swirly, or Playful). On the back, you can also add important information such as contact details, phone number, or address – perfect in case keys or a pet get lost.

Thank you for purchasing a personalized engraved pendant! To ensure you enjoy your product for a long time, please note the following:

Avoid strong friction: The engraving is permanent, but can be visually impaired by constant friction against hard surfaces.

Avoid contact with chemicals: Cleaning agents, chlorinated water or aggressive substances can damage the material and the engraving – especially on wooden pendants.

Do not soak in water: Wood is a natural product and can warp or discolor with prolonged contact with water. This is less of a problem with stainless steel, but it is still recommended to dry it after contact with water.

Avoid temperature fluctuations: Extreme heat or cold can lead to stress cracks or deformations in wooden trailers.

Regular checks for pets: If the pendant is worn on the collar, check regularly that it is securely attached and that no sharp edges have formed.

Care instructions for stainless steel: The pendant can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and a little mild soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Each pendant is engraved with the utmost care and is unique – especially with wood, natural variations in color and grain may occur. This is not a defect, but rather an expression of the uniqueness of your product.

Design and engraving are done by Preischl 3D.
